In 1977, two real estate visionaries, Harold Crye and Dick Leike established Crye-Leike Realtors in Memphis. The company’s methods and business model were immensely effective, so in just three years, Crye Leike became Memphis’s top real estate company. In 1992, the company tapped into the Middle Tennessee market, and in just one year, it beat out the competition to be the number one firm in Nashville.
Today, Crye Leike happily maintains its number 6 ranking as among the country’s top 500 firms offering residential real estate services. It has a strong network of more than 3,000 real estate agents and over 500 employees. It maintains more than 113 offices strategically located in the country’s southern region. 23 of these offices are franchises.
